The DevOps Engineer will develop and apply the technological principles needed to deploy, manage, control and monitor the processes in place and be involved in developing and designing the concept, testing, installation, and monitoring of automation of Build and Release. They will work with senior leadership to architecture, formulate and carry out the strategic plan for the Build and Release. This role will also assist with establishing and supporting support technical policies, procedures and processes to align with client and/or internal requirements which may which compliance and security efforts related to systems managed by the Infrastructure teams and in alignment with our security directives and standards.

What you'll do:

• As a part of the DevOps build and release team, you will be responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

• Diagnose and develop root cause solutions for failures and performance issues in production environment.

• Monitor and Support deployment, Cloud based and On-premises Infrastructure.

• Creating and managing build and release pipelines.

• Optimize and Innovate for CI/CD practices.

• Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote efficient deployment process.

• Troubleshoot server performance issues & handling of continuous integration system.

• Collaborate with Technology Services team to develop CI/CD solutions that improve efficiency and optimize the deployment time.

• Perform all other duties as assigned related to Build & Release (CI/CD Implementation).

What you bring:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP.

• Basic Understanding of CI/CD principles.

• Strong experience with Kubernetes.

• Strong experience of scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.

• Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like AzureDevOps, Teamcity, OctopusDeploy, AWS CodeDeploy, Jenkins.

Who you are:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineer, or a related subject

• Proven work experience in DevOps of 3 to 5 years

• Strong experience with Windows-based infrastructures, Windows administration, Azure, AWS and GCP.

• Strong experience with development background will be preferable option.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash

• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc.

• Experience with Build technologies and cloud services. (Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, AWS Code Deploy)

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• Must have good understanding of SDLC.

• Knowledge in Linux, Windows server, Monitoring tools and Shell scripting.

• Self-motivated; demonstrating the ability to achieve in technologies with minimal supervision.

• Organized, flexible and analytical able to solve problems creatively.

• Time and project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
