• 保持及协调客户,尤其是战略重点客户（Key Accounts）与高层决策者与服务各职能间的紧密联系；
• 负责并同时支持各销售团队及合作伙伴拓展服务及项目业务，并驱动区域服务业务的规模化增长；
• 设计,制订并推广各种服务产品，并结合行业趋势进行服务模式的创新与迭代；
• 负责商谈增值服务产品,如再生服务，框架服务合同等，具备处理复杂合同条款及利润管理的能力；
• 拓展,协调各类服务项目, 如升级改造，数采及联网，专机等，并优化端到端的跨职能协作流程；
• 收集服务市场信息, 支持服务价格政策及中长期业务计划的制订，并分析行业竞争格局；
• 协助部门负责人进行内部流程梳理，并对初级销售人员提供业务指导与赋能。

• 大学本科学历，机械设计及自动化，电气控制及自动化相关专业，具备管理类教育背景者优先；
• 5年及以上工业设备或元件系统销售经验，有终端用户或售后市场销售经验者优先，且具备大型项目管理或跨职能协调经验；
• 很强的自我管理及激励能力，具备敏锐的商业洞察力，能够积极去拓展新客户及新行业业务机会；
• 很强的沟通及协调能力，具备卓越的影响力，善于处理解决各种复杂工作情况下的困难；
• 熟悉office各种工具软件，具备优秀的管理报表分析及可视化汇报能力；
• 很强的承压能力，良好的团队协作能力，展现出明确的领导力潜质；
• 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言进行商务谈判及管理汇报。
