• Highly passionate about data and data operations, ensuring smooth ingestion, processing, and delivery.

• A skilled communicator of data: you are experienced in presenting complex results and building clear, actionable dashboards (Tableau, Sigma, or similar) for both technical and commercial audiences.
• An effective project contributor: you are comfortable owning internal Data team projects, aligning stakeholders, scoping work packages, and seeing initiatives through from inception to delivery.
• Experienced in data pipelines and ingestion workflows (2–4 years in Data Ops, Data Engineering, or AdTech).
• Familiar with AdTech and programmatic advertising (DSPs, audience segmentation, taxonomy).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL workflows/dbt, and cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experienced with data monitoring & quality control, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Able to work across teams, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships.
• A fast learner and self-starter: you take direction well, but you don't need hand-holding to make progress.
What you will do:
Own Adsquare Data Execution & Automation
• Deliver internal data projects, breaking down operational goals into clear work packages and executing against them.
• Ensure Adsquare Data is prepared and delivered seamlessly across all partner channels.
• Build automation workflows that persistently reduce manual operational work using AI tools where they create real leverage.
• Monitor and improve data quality ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
• Anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks, bringing solutions rather than just surfacing problems.
Optimise Data Distribution & Integrations
• Ensure seamless data syndication across DSPs, DMPs, and platforms.
• Work with Data Analytics Engineers to automate taxonomy mapping and partner integrations.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to detect issues before they impact revenue.
Operational Efficiency & Scalability
• Analyse partner usage and adoption trends to optimise performance and distribution.
• Drive efficiency in package management and taxonomy distribution.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to support pricing and data availability.
