This role will be focused on audit and quality assurance across several retailer media networks, including but not limited to Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, etc. The role will require an understanding of each of the platform’s ad structure.

Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in SQL, Excel, Python, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our data-driven marketing solutions, and implementing strategies that enhance product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement QA processes and standards, performing meticulous data validation across multiple platforms, including GCP, Datorama and Tableau, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Conduct effective testing, validation, and verification of data, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.

Regularly audit taxonomy compliance, coordinating with internal teams for necessary updates or mappings.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the quality system, proposing and implementing process improvements as needed.

Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques like SQL, Python for in-depth and efficient validation, supporting the development of robust QA strategies.

Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to standardize QA practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

One year of experience in a QA or data analytics role with knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python/R for data QA automation and management.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough examination and accuracy in all QA activities.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving mindset

Experience in commerce media or a digital marketing agency is highly desirable.
