Data Feature Associate

Internal recruitment – for Macrobond Data Ops team members only

We are opening two new Data Features Associate positions within Macrobond Content. This in-team function supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key Data Features, primarily Revision History (RH) and Region Keys (RK), and plays a crucial role in strengthening knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and process scalability within the domain.

The role is intended for Senior or Expert Data Specialists, or well-performing and strongly developing Regular Data Specialists, who demonstrate an excellent understanding of data-feature-related processes, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.

Your main responsibilities 

Operational management

You will support the Data Features Manager in both ongoing and project-based activities, including:

Lead and coordinate improvements to Data Features, mainly Revision and Region Keys.

Manage Mantis corrections, RH backfills, and issues flagged by consistency checks.

Identify, investigate, and document bugs, errors, and optimization opportunities.

Expand the Region Keys database based on client and project needs.

Provide daily support to Data Operations on Data Features creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Address process gaps in RH corrections and drive automation- and AI‑focused improvements, especially for RK workflows.

Maintain documentation, instructions, and SharePoint resources, and support knowledge sharing through trainings and presentations.

Plan and oversee Data‑Features‑related projects and handle ad‑hoc tasks from the Data Features Manager.

Suggest enhancements to the Macrobond product and internal processes.

Provide coverage for the Data Features Manager during absences to ensure operational continuity.

Stakeholder management

Communicating proactively with the Data Features Manager, local management, product management, sales, content, development, and upper management.

Communicating with clients and providing support on Data Features issues.

Guiding, training, and mentoring Content team members on Data Features topics.

Contributing to a collaborative environment that ensures top-quality customer service.

Other

Working in accordance with Macrobond policies and implemented rules.

Acting as a role model in knowledge, cooperation, communication, and attitude, aligned with Macrobond culture and values.

Our requirements

Preferred Macrobond experience with a strong understanding of Data-Features-related processes, especially from working with large datasets.

Good knowledge of Data Features’ technical aspects and UX.

Excellent communication, delegation, and organizational skills.

Project and process management skills.

Required location: one of the Macrobond Content offices (Szczecin, Lisbon, Hong Kong).
