Data Entry Specialist | Healthcare Account | with 21K Signing Bonus

Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

Document Management and Data Entry

• Process documents uploaded into the Brightree Document Management System.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded records.

• Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick retrieval and compliance purposes.

Billing and Payment Posting

• Post incoming payments and process billing activities in the Brightree system.

• Verify and reconcile payment entries to ensure accuracy.

• Address discrepancies in payments or billing issues promptly.

Fax Processing

• Monitor and manage a shared inbox for incoming fax requests.

• Categorize faxes based on their nature (e.g., pickup requests, renewals, changes).

• Assign priority levels to faxes and ensure timely processing based on urgency.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience in a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)
• Must have experience using and windows based medical software (Brightree, Apachetta, Etc.)
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
