Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 6months BPO experience handling a HEALTHCARE campaign
• Good working knowledge in editing online documents (PDF)
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Office, Excel, Outlook)
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
