About the role:

Are you ready to take on the challenge of building robust data solutions for cutting-edge Data & AI initiatives? As a Data Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that enable Data & AI models to deliver transformative insights. About your tasks: 

• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and data architecture.
• Build cloud-native data solutions using Azure, Databricks (Unity Catalog & Delta Lake), and other big data technologies.
• Build and maintain DBT models and understand the data domains like finance, e-commerce, pharma, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Apply CI/CD practices and continuously improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to a strong data culture through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ensuring high data quality.
• Strong expertise in DBT and SQL for data modeling and analysis.
• Solid experience with Databricks (Spark, Unity Catalog).
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Understanding of business domains, ideally with an e-commerce background.
• Motivated to work in an innovative environment and continuously improve cloud-native and distributed systems.
