We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our growing Data & AI team. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and has a strong track record of delivering end-to-end data, AI, and automation solutions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across industries, leading strategic and technical engagements that shape how organisations adopt, scale, and govern data and AI capabilities.

• Lead the design and delivery of Data & AI strategies aligned to client business objectives
• Architect and implement modern data platforms and analytics solutions (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure ecosystem)
• Drive end-to-end delivery of data, AI, and automation initiatives, including ownership of scope, budget, and team coordination (onshore/offshore)
• Design and uplift data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and controls
• Define and prioritise AI and GenAI use cases, assessing value, feasibility, and implementation pathways
• Shape and implement target operating models for data and AI functions (people, process, technology, governance)
• Lead client workshops and stakeholder engagements, translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
• Oversee data migration, integration, and transformation programmes across enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales, including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and cost estimation
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting capability uplift across Data & AI
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, particularly across AI, GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics

• We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, and strategic thinking within the Data & AI space.
• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, technology, or data-focused roles
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data, AI, or automation solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in data platforms and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with data engineering, integration, and transformation workflows (e.g. pipelines, APIs, notebooks)
• Experience with AI/ML solutions, automation, or RPA tools (e.g. Python, Databricks, UiPath, BluePrism)
• Solid understanding of data strategy and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders, including senior client engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and deliver complex initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Desirable:
• Experience across industries such as public sector, healthcare, financial services, or logistics
• Exposure to GenAI use cases and implementations
• Experience with Power Platform, ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems
• Involvement in pre-sales, business development, or solution architecture
