Job Description

Apside recrute un Développeur Copilot M365 pour piloter l’implémentation, la configuration et l’optimisation des assistants Copilot au sein de l’écosystème Microsoft 365. Votre rôle consistera à valoriser les capacités d’IA conversationnelle pour accroître la productivité des utilisateurs, tout en veillant à la sécurité et à la conformité des données.

Responsabilités :

• Recueillir les besoins fonctionnels et identifier les cas d’usage à automatiser ou assister via Copilot.

• Configurer Copilot dans Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) et définir les scénarios conversationnels.

• Rédiger, tester et affiner les prompts pour maximiser la pertinence et la cohérence des réponses IA.

• Connecter Copilot aux données d’entreprise (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, API internes).

• Mettre en place les politiques d’accès, gérer les niveaux d’autorisation, garantir le respect du RGPD et des standards internes.

• Élaborer des guides utilisateurs, animer des ateliers de prise en main et accompagner les équipes dans le changement.

• Surveiller les performances (taux d’utilisation, satisfaction, temps de réponse), produire des rapports Power BI et proposer des optimisations.

• Se tenir informé des évolutions de Copilot et de l’IA Microsoft pour anticiper les nouveautés et bonnes pratiques.
