Job Description

岗位职责：

1. 确保高效、及时处理进口和出口报关流程所需的来件文件和证书，涵盖所有使用的海关申报系统以及人工处理的国家。

2. 确保与海关相关的文件按时提供，以保证进口和出口的及时放行。

3. 确保文件得到正确、及时的登记、分发、归档/存档，符合所分配国家或地区及公司对进出口的要求。这包括原产地证书、自由贸易协定（FTA）文件、出口商证书、许可证、认证等的签发、登记和维护。

4. 根据工作指引准备报关文件包，并验证用于海关申报的数据。

5. 在货物到达和报关前主动识别缺失的文件和证书，确保补齐缺失文件和证书，或在无法获取证书时主动与供应商管理索赔流程。

6. 主动调查和分析与文件和证书处理及登记相关的错误、风险和控制措施，确保在不符合合规或操作标准时及时解决。

7. 按照批准的记录保留协议和程序归档和存档文件，适用于所分配国家。由于首选的记录保存和归档方式是电子化，因此需要进行扫描。

8. 提高对海关操作流程中文件和证书要求的持续认知，并基于认知向经理提出流程改进建议。

9. 在内部和外部审计期间支持所分配国家。

10. 确保并保持对所分配国家文件和证书要求的能力，以及海关组织在海关、运营和合规中使用的系统的熟练度。

1. 本科及以上，国际贸易或国际商务专业优先考虑

2. 一周可出勤 4-5天

3. 实习期不低于4个月

4. 熟悉excel, outlook等办公软件，英语基础较好
