Join our Customer Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland or Pōneke/Wellington as an experienced Manager and help clients transform the way they work and engage with their customers. You’ll bring your leadership and transformation expertise to guide talented teams, connect strategy with technology, and drive innovation, productivity, and sustainable growth.
Your day-to-day could include:
• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across complex programmes, ensuring alignment to client business outcomes, risk appetite and quality standards
• Own and drive the test strategy, governance and operating model, including resourcing, environments, tooling and vendor coordination
• Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary testing teams, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career development
• Oversee all phases of testing (SIT, UAT, regression, performance), ensuring timely execution, defect resolution and release readiness
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to programme leadership, including quality metrics, risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies
• Drive the adoption of automation and modern quality engineering practices, improving efficiency, coverage and speed to market
• Lead defect management and triage processes, ensuring prioritisation aligns with business impact and delivery timelines

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience across nCino and/or Salesforce, leading testing for large-scale transformation programmes (e.g. CRM, core system, digital platforms) ideally within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and quality engineering practices, including automation strategies.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business and technology).
• Experience managing teams, vendors and offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and contributing to sales opportunities.
