We are seeking an enthusiastic French-speaking individual to join our Milan team as a Customer Support Specialist Intern. Fluency or native proficiency in French is required for this role.

The role

This role will cover a wide range of analytical and support tasks as it liaises directly with our French-based automotive clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get the most value out of our products.

• Support and analyze customer data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist the team in creating reports and performance dashboards.
• Provide analysis support for our specific product, PredictSpark.
• Provide day-to-day support to our clients by solving tickets in French.
• Communicate daily with our French-based client, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.


Requirements:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is digitally savvy and tech-oriented, with a keen interest in how AI can solve real-world problems. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with data and learning new software.

As well as:

• Full professional proficiency in both French (essential for daily client interaction) and English.
• Analysis Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or other reporting/analysis tools.
• Mindset: A problem-solver who is curious about AI and eager to learn our product ecosystem.

Work pattern and location

• Duration: 6-month internship.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard working hours.
• Hybrid working pattern.
• Location: Based in our Milan office.
