What you’ll do As a Customer Support Agent , you’ll be the friendly, problem-solving partner that helps business clients make the most of the platform. Requirements: Fluency in Catalan and English (written and spoken) Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
