π Location: Beirut | π Full-time | Office-based
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support professional to join our team. This role is ideal for responsible, communicative individuals who enjoy working with clients and developing their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide first-line customer support in Arabic
β’ Respond quickly and accurately to customer issues
β’ Minimize errors and ensure process efficiency
β’ Communicate professionally with customers and team members
β’ Follow company policies for attendance and break times
Qualities & Competencies:
β’ Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
β’ Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
β’ Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
β’ Quick learner with strong teamwork and communication skills
Skills:
β’ Clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills
β’ Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
β’ Good computer skills β no specific programs required; training provided
Languages:
β’ Arabic
β’ English and French β a plus 
Salary & Benefits:
