MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French/Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome.

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls and communicate via e-mails. Your key tasks will be:

• Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups;
• Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

The ideal candidate has:

• Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Fluent level of English, French and Spanish;
• Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
• Great problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.

Working pattern:

• Internship (tirocinio), 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
