Qualifications Minimum:

Un parcours professionnel unique façonné par votre talent et votre curiosité

Maîtrise professionnelle excellente de la langue française (verbale et écrite), en particulier dans le contexte du service client ainsi qu’un très bon niveau d’anglais. Toute autre langue sera considérée un plus.
Démontrer son excellence personnelle en restant positif dans les situations difficiles.
Démontrer une passion d’aider, en offrant un service exceptionnel sur chaque interaction avec nos clients.
La capacité et la résilience à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, et à être multitâche en utilisant plusieurs systèmes et outils numériques pour servir nos clients.
Compétences interpersonnelles solides, en communication verbale et écrite.
Assertivité pour gérer les conversations conflictuelles.
Excellentes capacités de négociation, d’influence et d’ingéniosité.
Une attitude forte pour le travail d’équipe et la collaboration avec les collègues de l’entreprise.
Esprit critique, analytique et avant-gardiste, capable de résoudre les problèmes rapidement, portant une grande attention aux détails et au respect des politiques procédurales de l’entreprise.
Être à l’aise pour travailler dans un environnement hybride (virtuel et présentiel).
