Position Overview
Main Responsibilities:
Client Advocate:
Schedule estimates and help sell appointments.
Answer calls, distribute messages, and follow up.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Office Support:
Data entry, filing, mail processing, and supply management.
Assist in organizing office operations.
Sales Support:
Follow up with potential customers.
Sell additional work orders.
Operations Support:
Assist in problem-solving and customer service solutions.
Document and communicate customer issues.
Executive Assistance:
Research and prepare information for leadership.
Assist with marketing materials, printing, and design.

Qualifications & Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Background in customer service or construction/trades industry preferred.
Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Maps.
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
Residential sales experience a plus.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Professional communication and appearance.

Additional Requirements:
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
