As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide expert IT support and assistance to French-speaking clients, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Offer dedicated IT support and customer service in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within support systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and manage complex issues.
• Stay informed about the latest IT products, services, and procedures.
• Deliver timely, professional, and empathetic customer support.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Please specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or cover letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or IT support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation expenses will be fully covered.

• Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with IT support concepts.
