¿Eres una persona apasionada por entender a lxs clientes y crear relaciones duraderas a través de la tecnología y los datos? ¿Te encanta diseñar journeys que enamoran y estrategias que realmente impactan en el negocio? ¡Entonces esta oportunidad es para ti!

Buscamos a la mente maestra que lidere nuestra estrategia de CRM, conectando con millones de personas y llevando la comunicación con nuestrxs clientes a otro nivel.

Tu misión, si decides aceptarla, será:

• 🧠 Diseñar la estrategia de CRM: Serás responsable de la adquisición, activación, retención y lealtad de nuestrxs clientes. ¡Queremos que se queden para siempre!

• 🗺️ Crear journeys increíbles: Mapearás y automatizarás el ciclo de vida del cliente, desde el "hola" inicial hasta convertirlo en nuestro fan #1.

• 📲 Orquestar campañas multicanal: Jugarás con email, SMS, WhatsApp y Push Notifications para entregar el mensaje perfecto en el momento perfecto.

• 💡 Sumergirte en los datos: Analizarás métricas (Open Rate, CTR, CLV, NPS) para encontrar insights y optimizar sin parar. ¡Los datos son tu superpoder!

• 🤝 Colaborar con equipos geniales: Trabajarás de la mano con Growth, Producto y Data para crear una experiencia omnicanal y fluida.

¿Qué perfil nos vuela la cabeza?

• +3 años de experiencia rockeando en CRM, email marketing o lifecycle marketing.

• Dominio total de la automatización de campañas, segmentación avanzada y programas de lealtad.

• Has trabajado en e-commerce, retail, consumo masivo o industrias similares.

• Conocimiento en plataformas como Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, Emarsys, etc. ¡Puntos extra si hablas HTML para emails!

• Pensamiento analítico, proactividad y un ownership que inspire.

• Inglés avanzado (conversacional y de negocios) es indispensable.
