What the job looks like?
As a CRM Specialist, you will be a core contributor to the growth and evolution of the CRM team. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will support the execution and operational delivery of CRM initiatives across ad hoc campaigns and automated journeys. This role is essential in supporting marketing activities in a high-growth environment and in establishing CRM as a core function within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels for 3 entities and 14+ languages/regions.
Own day-to-day CRM execution, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance across all markets.
Contribute to improving CRM processes, workflows, and campaign execution standards.
Act as a regional CRM expert, in close collaboration with the CRM Manager, maintaining strong knowledge of communication rules, regulatory constraints, and best practices per entity and region.
Monitor and analyze CRM performance using key KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation) and continuously implement improvements.
Work closely with the CRM Manager, Marketing, Content, Commercial, and Country teams to align CRM activity with business objectives.
Support the CRM Manager in delivering broader CRM initiatives, lifecycle programs, and ongoing optimization projects.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar.
Solid understanding of typical online customer lifecycles, including onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with the trading/investment industry. Either personally or from work experience.
