About the Role
The CRM Operations Manager will own and manage global CRM ecosystem, with primary responsibility for HubSpot across all commercial verticals including events, media, academy, partnerships, and other commercial activities. The role focuses on building a scalable revenue operations infrastructure by structuring CRM data, optimising commercial workflows, implementing automation, and ensuring accurate reporting across sales and marketing activities. This role will ensure HubSpot becomes the central system for managing customer relationships, commercial pipelines, and sales performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and manage the company’s HubSpot / Monday.com environment including contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting.
· Maintain a structured and scalable CRM architecture across business units and commercial workflows.
· Ensure CRM acts as the central source of truth for commercial customer data across all SiGMA services and products.
· Define and maintain lifecycle stages, pipeline structures, CRM standards, and data governance practices.
· Ensure data quality, deduplication, and consistent data structures across the CRM systems.
· Design and implement workflows supporting lead management, deal progression, onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle engagement.
· Implement lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and structured pipeline management.
· Analyse and optimise sales and marketing processes across the organisation, identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing CRM-driven improvements.
· Standardise commercial processes across different teams and business units.
· Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for sales performance, pipeline health, marketing attribution, and commercial forecasting.
· Provide clear visibility into commercial performance, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities.
· Manage integrations between HubSpot / Monday.com and internal platforms such as event systems, websites, and other operational tools.
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure consistent data ownership and data flows between systems.
· Act as the internal CRM expert supporting Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
· Provide training, documentation, and best practices to ensure strong CRM adoption across the organisation.
· Monitor CRM adoption, data quality, pipeline visibility, and lead conversion efficiency across teams.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of CRM systems and revenue operations, particularly HubSpot and modern sales and marketing automation tools.
· Ability to design and manage scalable CRM data models, pipelines, and commercial workflows across multiple business units.
· Experience building automation workflows, lifecycle management processes, and lead routing systems.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
· Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and pipeline visibility for commercial performance and forecasting.
· Understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, and data synchronisation between platforms.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
· Strong organisational and process-improvement mindset with the ability to structure and optimise commercial operations.
Preferred Experience
· HubSpot certifications (CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Admin) strongly preferred.
· 5+ years of CRM, RevOps or marketing operations experience.
· Experience introducing and maintaining automation in CRM systems.
· Background working in multi‑vertical or multi‑brand organisations.
· Familiarity with additional project management or workflow tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence).
· Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in high‑growth, global environments.
