Job Title: Regional CRM Manager – DACH Market (Austria & Switzerland)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM efforts in the DACH region, with a specific focus on Austria and Switzerland. You will be responsible for creating and executing localized customer lifecycle strategies that drive engagement, retention, and long-term value. A deep understanding of German- and/or French-speaking markets, particularly within the iGaming or online entertainment sectors, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Austria and Switzerland markets (Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging, etc.)


Own the customer journey and optimize communication touchpoints across onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation


Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns with a strong focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI


Collaborate with product, design, content, and data teams to deliver high-impact and relevant campaigns


Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as retention, CLV, churn, and engagement rates


Ensure full compliance with local regulations (including data privacy and responsible gaming laws)


Act as the local CRM expert and main point of contact for all CRM initiatives in Austria and Switzerland

Requirements:


3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment industries


Fluency in German or French (native or professional level), plus strong command of English


Strong understanding of customer behavior in Austria and Switzerland


Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, etc.


Analytical and data-driven mindset with proven experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis


Strong communication, planning, and project management skills


Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
