About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and technically minded CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to support campaign execution across multiple brands within our portfolio, as well as support and onboarding for new clients. This role will report directly to the Trivelta CRM Manager and the product manager for Bonus & Marketing Engineering. In this role, you will work closely with both marketing and engineering teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in building, testing, and deploying campaigns across various channels: email, push, in-app messaging via Braze
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and meet user targeting requirements
• Perform QA and troubleshooting for dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverability creative input abnormalities
• Help maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and asset libraries across brands
• Collaborate with lifecycle and promotional initiatives, contributing both operational and creative input
• Support performance tracking, innovation, reporting, and flagging of issues or abnormalities
Qualifications:
• Experience in CRM Operations, email marketing, automation, or a similar support function
• Familiarity with Braze or a comparable CRM platform
• Experience and/or interest in the American sports and casino gaming industry
• Working knowledge of HTML, Liquid and player segmentation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable communicating across teams, including engineering
• Passion for digital products in sports, gaming, or entertainment
