Role Summary
Aleph Alpha is seeking a hands-on CRM Admin to serve as the technical backbone of our go to market function. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring our GTM teams have a reliable, scalable, and well-structured revenue stack.
This role will partner closely with the Lead Expert of Revenue Operations, who will provide product ownership, road mapping, and business analysis. The CRM Specialist will focus on technical execution, owning everything from configuration and systems hygiene to testing and small integrations. While the role is not expected to take on full-time development tasks, experience with APIs, automation design, and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier) is a major plus.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role during a critical stage of our operational maturation.
Key Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day configuration of our rapidly evolving CRM (Salesforce), including, playing a role in implementing our new tools:
• Deep understanding of Salesforce features to support the solution design process
• Track business opportunities, build revenue funnels, and distribute reporting
• Maintain system data quality and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with GTM team leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements and to maintain a reliable configuration roadmap.
• Provide support on deal desk functions, coordinating internal approvals with legal and finance teams
• Produce documentation for system changes, data models, and processes.
Qualifications
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM admin experience and a deep understanding of Salesforce
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• A deep understanding of: Data management best-practices and data architecture
• Understanding of how to leverage automation to scale a business
• Technical aptitude and comfort leading deployments, user testing, and QA; experience working within a DevOps cycle is a plus
• Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and third-party integration tools
