We are looking for a role where you can combine analytical thinking with relationship-building and make a real impact in a growing business?
Reporting to the Finance Manager, as our Credit Risk Analyst you’ll monitor credit risk, process new credit applications, and work closely with our Credit Insurance Brokers.
You’ll also build strong relationships across the business, acting as a key link between customers and internal teams, supporting Credit Control when needed, and helping to ensure our policies are followed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and great organisation are essential.
Your responsibilities as a Credit Risk Analyst will be:
Assist in assessing the creditworthiness of clients by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
Serving as the first point of contact for Sales and liaising with the wider team where necessary.
Maintaining strong relationships with key contacts and liaising between the customer and internal teams.
Collaborating with teams internally to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Ensuring policies are adhered to, including external policies i.e credit insurance brokers.
Managing and monitoring shared mailboxes
Assisting Credit Control with day-to-day functions
About you
Previous experience within a Credit Control/Accounts Receivable role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
You will have a positive and professional attitude towards your work
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Enthusiasm and drive to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills with emphasis on prioritisation
You will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Flourish within an environment where you have the ability to work both as part of team and individually
