About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Creative Operations Apprentice (alternance) to support the day-to-day functioning of our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, production, and creativity—ensuring the studio runs smoothly while assisting with hands-on tasks like 3D printing, prototyping, and creative setups. You will play a key role in keeping projects, tools, and the physical workspace organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Support the overall day-to-day operations of the creative team and studio
Help manage project flow, timelines, and task coordination across designers
Prepare materials and assets needed for ongoing creative projects
Operate and maintain 3D printers and prototyping tools
Assist in producing physical mockups, prototypes, and creative setups
Organize and maintain the creative workspace, tools, and materials library
Help set up and break down shoots, presentations, and internal reviews
Coordinate basic logistics (ordering materials, tracking supplies, shipments, etc.)
Ensure files, assets, and outputs are properly organized and accessible
Step in to support quick-turn creative production when needed
Profile
Currently enrolled in a creative, design, or production-related program (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in creative production, studio operations, and physical making
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Interest or experience with 3D printing, fabrication, or prototyping tools is a plus
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Team player with strong communication skills
