Corporate IT Support/Help Desk Analyst

RMC is hiring a Corporate IT Support/Help Desk Analyst in Lexington Park, MD. The selected applicant will be responsible for:

• Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment
• Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
• Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
• Documenting internal procedures
• Assisting with onboarding of new users

Requirements:
One (1) year of IT support and/or IT Help Desk Experience is required. The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies.

Security Clearance: An active DoD clearance is not required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current hourly range for this position will be $20-$23 an hour.
