Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design and development APIs at NOAH. This role is ideal for ambitious engineers who thrive in a collaborative startup environment and are eager to drive projects focusing on scalability and security. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our core engineering team, with opportunities to engage in various technical challenges in a fast-iterating and highly flexible development setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop growth-oriented and safe backend systems, focusing on API development
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment, contributing to a range of engineering tasks Embrace a core focus on backend systems while maintaining the flexibility to assist with other engineering projects as needed
- Adhere to fast-iterating and highly adaptable development principles to drive NOAH's product innovation
- Leverage serverless AWS technologies and event-driven architectures to enhance system performance and versatility

Hard Skills

- Strong background in backend development, particularly with APIs
- Experience with serverless architectures, preferably AWS Lambdas, API Gateway, and AWS Step Functions
- Proficiency in Golang
- Familiarity with AWS database services like DynamoDB and QLDB Understanding of event-driven and concurrent systems, and interest in domain-driven design

- Experience with distributed systems is highly valued Knowledge of payments systems, blockchain technologies, and their application in backend development is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams
