Cook B / Μάγειρας Β'

Καθήκοντα:

• Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα φαγητών σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του εστιατορίου.
• Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και παραγγελιών τροφοδοσίας.
• Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της υγιεινής στην κουζίνα.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας.

Requirements:
• Απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση.
• Πτυχίο μαγειρικής σχολής ή αντίστοιχη εκπαίδευση.
• Γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον.
