How your day-to-day in this role will look: Reporting to Cook A, you will maintain high execution standards in the staff kitchen by:

• Executing and delivering all dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation
• Managing your mise-en-place efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen service
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, including regular stock checks and audits
• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene requirements
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and refining your culinary techniques

Requirements:
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Experience: 3 or more years of professional experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of English. A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus
• Technical Interest: A genuine passion for food knowledge and skill development
• Proactive Attitude: A positive approach to work with high attention to detail
