We are seeking an AI expert who will help us in building a new signature program that our client can offer as part of its small business educational program that will help a cohort of businesses learn how they can use AI to grow and transform their business. This role will include providing consultations on how to optimally educate small businesses on integrating artificial intelligence into their operations, as well as identifying opportunities, strategies, and the landscape of tools that small business can learn to adopt to enhance productivity and innovation.

Once the program is launched, we would be interested in you staying on as a subject matter expert who can instruct small businesses directly and oversee the program.

The ideal candidate would have expertise in:

• Small business education

• Cohort program design

• Benefits and risks of AI

• Automation of repetitive tasks and operations streamlining

• Inventory management

• Automating financial processes

• Supporting CRM & sales

• Marketing campaigns, social media marketing, & creating a digital presence

• Automating customer proposals

The Contractor role is expected to begin on March 2, 2026 and continue through September 30, 2026, with an estimated commitment of approximately 15 hours per week. Next Street maintains an equitable and transparent compensation philosophy, offering a starting hourly rate between $100 and $120, commensurate with experience and consistent across all locations. This is a 1099 contractor position; therefore, contractors are responsible for providing appropriate documentation for payment processing and are not eligible for Next Street–sponsored benefits or incentives.
