Position:
We are looking for a Content Operations Intern to support our Operations and Community teams in managing day-to-day content workflows, client requests, and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in content operations, process management, and digital tools within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor client environments and ensure content workflows are running smoothly
Support content editing and quality assurance (QA) processes
Assist in managing and tracking requests through Jira (Atlassian)
Monitor, triage, and assign daily content escalations and incoming requests (internal and external)
Track and update the status of ongoing requests to ensure timely resolution
Support the use of AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency
Provide regular status updates to the Operations and Service Management teams
Assist the Community Operations team in organizing and prioritizing client requests
Communicate requests, updates, and priorities to relevant stakeholders
Contribute to identifying and suggesting process improvements
Support project coordination activities across the broader team
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Basic experience with documentation, reporting, or academic/project-based structured work
Interest or familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and curiosity for how operational processes work in a digital environment
