What will you be doing?

• Exploratory Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data exploration, run simulations, and deliver insights that shape strategic priorities.

Design Health Metrics: Define, implement, and monitor KPIs that reflect platform health, user behavior, and product performance.

•
Develop Dashboards: Design interactive dashboards and develop real-time visualizations to track trends, anomalies, and critical KPIs.

•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

•
Streamlining Time to Insight: Build tools, automate processes, and champion self-serve analytics to enable faster data access and insights.

•
Impact Measurement: Evaluate product impact through robust analyses, aligning outcomes with key business objectives.

What are we looking for?

Skills and Attributes:

• Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholder teams (Business, product, tech, finance, delivery teams) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.

• Execution-driven and results-oriented to ensure strategy translates to outcomes

• Patience and stamina to translate long term roadmap into wins and milestones for organizational impact

• Project management abilities: ability to manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, and independently drive the process forward.

• Explore data, find patterns in large seemingly disparate data sets, and develop solutions that add intelligence / insights and drive decision making for leaders

• Present insights/findings in a structured manner to directly enable tangible outcomes for stakeholders

• Optional: Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau or PowerBI
