The Role / Le rôle

This role requires full professional fluency in both French and English. Le français est requis pour ce poste.

The Bilingual Oracle Financials Functional Architect supports Canadian clients across the full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation lifecycle, from strategy and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role requires the ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver client-facing materials in both French and English.

You will lead solution design efforts, translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Financials solutions, and ensure alignment with Canadian compliance and reporting standards. You will collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, data conversion, and reporting, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Financials best practices and product roadmap considerations.

Client engagements vary in scope and complexity and may span multiple industries. In addition to delivery work, you will support pre-sales activities through solutioning and demonstrations, contribute to internal asset development, and mentor junior consultants as part of R-Cubed’s delivery model.

Qualifications

Oracle Financials Expertise

Bilingual: French and English (professional fluency required)

6+ years of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience in Canada

Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Banking

Experience designing charts of accounts for complex organizations, including multi-entity and global environments

Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub implementations

Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and multi-currency transactions

Working knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations for consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and planning

Familiarity with OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher

Strong understanding of record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles

Leadership Experience

Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and support high-quality, on-time delivery

Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills

Experience supporting pre-sales efforts, including solutioning and demonstrations

Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

Additional Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Oracle Financials Cloud certifications preferred

Background in finance or accounting (education and/or professional experience)
