Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Computer Vision & AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions for industrial automation and machine vision applications. In this role, you will work on building machine learning models and computer vision algorithms that enable real-time defect detection, classification, and advanced analytics within manufacturing systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision technologies, along with the ability to deploy AI models in real-world production environments.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and computer vision algorithms for defect detection, classification, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Work with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and robotics teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into industrial systems.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and continuously monitor and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and enhance algorithms to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and computer vision technologies.
• Document technical processes and effectively communicate solutions with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related engineering field.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and computer vision development.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques.
• Deep knowledge of neural networks, data annotation, and the AI model development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
• Experience with computer vision libraries including OpenCV and YOLO.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI models in real-world production environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in industrial automation, robotics, or machine vision systems.
• Programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of edge computing and deployment of AI models on embedded or hardware devices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment tools.
• Prior experience with production-level deployment of AI models.
