As Community Leader Citizen Development, you will shape the enterprise wide adoption of AI, automation and data driven innovation. You will lead a high performing team, build scalable intelligent solutions and translate strategic ambitions into tangible business impact. In this important role, you turn advanced technologies into everyday capabilities. 

Your role 

• You define the NextGen AI and Hyper Automation roadmap, ensuring it supports business priorities and the IT strategy; 

• You lead discovery, scoping and prioritisation of valuable AI and automation use cases, creating a clear pipeline of opportunities; 

• You guide AI/ML product development, from model design MLOps deployment to data pipelines, feature stores, model registries and the practical use of LLM applications; 

• You design, build and scale enterprise-wide AI and automation products that improve core business processes and deliver real value; 

• You coordinate end-to-end automation delivery, combining RPA, APIs, workflows, AI/ML and event-driven architectures into effective solutions; 

• You strengthen the AI, RPA and low-code platform ecosystem, including integrations, reusable components, training environments and internal marketplaces that help teams work smarter; 

• You establish clear and reliable governance frameworks for datasets, models, prompts, content filtering, automation controls, change management, testing and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements; 

• You implement structured monitoring and audit practices, including model performance, drift detection, bias reviews and clear escalation paths; 

• You build and scale a selective citizen-developer programme, define AI learning paths and support in developing a culture of experimentation, good documentation and continuous improvement. 

Your track record 

• You possess a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field; 

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on AI solution delivery, including AI/ML and automation programs; 

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading cross-functional AI teams, developers and engineers and multi-stakeholder portfolios; 

• You are licensed in Microsoft Azure A Engineer, Databricks ML, and preferably in Responsible AI training, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, ITIL and TOGAF; 

• You have broad technical expertise across AI, automation and cloud; 

• You have strong communication skills and organisational capability; 

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
