Who we are looking for
GlobalLINK is seeking a Client Acquisition Team Lead - Americas, Vice President to aggressively expand market share, build and scale our client acquisition sales team, and materially accelerate revenue growth across the region.
This is a hunter, player-coach role with a clear mandate:
• Win new logos
• Displace competitors
• Build a scalable, performance-driven sales engine
• Establish GlobalLINK as a dominant institutional fintech platform in the Americas
The successful candidate will combine elite personal production with disciplined team leadership and strategic market execution.

What you will be responsible for
Direct Revenue Production (Hunter Mandate)
• Personally originate and close complex, multi-year fintech deals within the GlobalLINK Suite of platforms
• Penetrate strategic target accounts and win new logos across the GlobalLINK and markets franchise
• Lead competitive takeouts of incumbent FX, FX settlement and MMF trading and workflow platforms
• Maintain executive-level engagement with Heads of Trading, Traders, Treasury Professionals and COOs
• Exceed aggressive annual new business targets
Build & Scale the Sales Team
• Recruit top-tier fintech sales talent across North America
• Establish a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability and measurable outcomes
• Implement structured pipeline discipline and forecasting rigor across GlobalLINK
• Coach sales professionals on strategic deal qualification and closing strategy
• Align compensation and territory design with growth priorities
Strategic Market Penetration
• Execute and assist in defining regional go-to-market strategy
• Partner with Product to continually refine positioning and competitive differentiation
• Identify expansion opportunities across State Street Markets North America and globally where opportunities exist
• Accelerate client onboarding timelines reducing opportunity cost
• Ensure product feedback loops reflect real-time client and competitive intelligence
• Represent the Americas growth priorities to senior GlobalLINK leadership
What we value
• Deep knowledge of institutional trading workflows (FX, Money Market Funds and/or fixed income strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of materially exceeding new business targets
• Demonstrated success in competitive displacement selling
• Experience building or scaling sales teams across the Americas
• Strong executive presence and negotiation capability
• High urgency, resilience, and performance intensity
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or related field
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $207,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
