Deine Aufgaben:
• Verantwortung für Business Development im internationalen Marktumfeld
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kunden, Verhandlungen und Branchenveranstaltungen
• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Business-Development-Strategien
• Aufbau und Steuerung einer internationalen Vertriebspipeline inklusive Forecasting und KPI-Tracking
• Vertrieb von Software- und IT-Lösungen an internationale Kunden
• Steuerung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen inklusive Pricing und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Commercial-Organisation
• Verantwortung für Auftragseingang und Unterstützung in Projektphasen bei kommerziellen Themen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Engineering und Delivery zur Angebotsgestaltung

Dein Profil:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Business Development
• Nachweis von Erfolgen im Marktausbau und Umsatzwachstum
• Verständnis internationaler Beschaffungsprozesse und Stakeholder-Strukturen
• Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
• Kompetenz in Verhandlungsführung und Vertragsgestaltung im B2G- und B2B-Umfeld
• Technisches Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen sowie Software- und IT-Lösungen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
