Job Description
About RamSoft
RamSoft is a Canadian medical imaging software company with over 30 years of innovation in PACS, RIS, and AI-powered diagnostic imaging. Our flagship platforms — PowerServer and OmegaAI — are deployed by healthcare providers across North America, LATAM, EMEA, MENA, APAC, and Africa. We are growing our global indirect channel program and looking for a high-impact Channel Manager to lead our USA and Canadian reseller ecosystem.
The Role
This is a dual mandate role: you will both recruit new reseller and value-added reseller (VAR) partners across the USA and Canada, and manage and grow existing partnerships. You will serve as the primary liaison between RamSoft and our North American channel partners, driving pipeline generation, reseller enablement, and deal progression.
You will report directly to the Director of Indirect Channel Sales and work closely with technical enablement, marketing, and the broader global channel team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment
Identify, qualify, and onboard new resellers, VARs, and system integrators across the USA and Canada
Develop a targeted prospecting strategy focused on healthcare IT, radiology, and medical imaging verticals
Drive RamSoft presence at regional industry events and through outbound outreach
Manage the full partner onboarding process including agreements, training, and go-to-market planning
Partner Management & Enablement
Manage relationships with existing North American channel partners to drive revenue growth and renewal
Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline calls with assigned partners
Coordinate with technical enablement to ensure partners are trained and certified on PowerServer and OmegaAI
Support partners through the sales cycle, including demo coordination, pricing guidance, and proposal support
Escalate partner issues appropriately and act as an internal advocate for partner needs
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner pipeline records in HubSpot CRM
Provide regular channel performance updates and partner activity reports to the Director of Indirect Channel Sales
Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR against targets
What We're Looking For
Required
4–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales within medical imaging or radiology IT (PACS, RIS, VNA, or diagnostic imaging software)
Demonstrated ability to both recruit new partners and manage existing partner relationships
Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with subscription licensing models, ARR deal structuring, and partner economics
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or equivalent
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a clinical or technical imaging audience
Self-directed and capable of operating in a remote, globally distributed team
Preferred
Direct experience with PACS, RIS, VNA, or AI diagnostic imaging platforms in a sales or channel capacity
Established network within the US or Canadian radiology or imaging IT community
Familiarity with subscription and renewal-based partner economics including ARR and MRR
French language skills (an asset for Canadian market coverage)
Healthcare IT channel experience will be considered where imaging IT experience is not held
What We Offer
Remote work flexibility — work from anywhere in the USA or Canada
A high-growth channel program with real strategic mandate and global exposure
Direct access to senior leadership and a collaborative global team
Opportunity to shape how RamSoft's channel ecosystem develops in North America.
