BPOD Latam is seeking a Channel Manager to work with a partner company based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Mission
The Channel Manager is responsible for designing the partner strategy in the assigned territory, recruiting and developing business partners, contributing to meeting established quotas, including monitoring the Channel Plan, Training Program, certifications, and metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop channel plans and meet the assigned quota.
Identify and recruit new partners within the assigned territory.
Keep up-to-date with the required sales certifications.
Carry out the training and metrics program, analyze and recommend improvements.
Establish constant communication with the partners.
Generate Pipeline / Forecast and identify new business opportunities.
Lead and follow up on special projects.
Generate sales actions with partners that generate leads.
Develop presentations for customers and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, System Integrators and Consulting Companies within technology industry.
Prior knowledge of security in Cybersecurity is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
Ability to analyze sales and market data.
Ability to work with Marketing team to create and manage Lead Generation initiatives in the assigned territory.
Ability to give quality presentations.
Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies.
Fluency written and verbal communications in Spanish and English is a must.
Availability for visits with clients, national and international business trips.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, at all levels of the organization and able to build long term relationships with customers/partners.
