About the Role

We are hiring a Central Execution Trader to oversee the stability and integrity of our production trading environment. The role focuses on maintaining internal position accuracy, supervising automation, monitoring live strategies, and ensuring high system reliability across the trading stack.

The mandate is simple: protect production stability while continuously reducing manual processes through automation and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal position reconciliation across systems, ensuring overnight and intraday consistency

• Monitor and supervise production automations, health checks, and system workflows; identify failures and coordinate resolution

• Act as the first responder for intraday production issues across infrastructure, market data, and order routing systems

• Monitor live strategies, manage risk and limit utilisation, and intervene when production instability arises

• Build lightweight automation tools (Python/Bash/Shell) to reduce operational friction and manual touchpoints

• Maintain operational readiness of production environments, including colocation oversight

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and scripting (Bash/Shell)

• 1+ years of experience working in live production trading environments

• Ability to debug real-time systems under pressure

• High ownership mindset with a bias toward automation and process improvement
