📍 Location: Beirut | 🕘 Full-time | Office-based

We are currently looking for a Callback Operator to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is ideal for responsible, communicative individuals who enjoy working with clients and developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line customer support in Arabic

• Handle customer callbacks and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Follow communication standards and company policies

Qualities & Competencies:

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude

• Quick learner with strong teamwork and communication skills

Skills:

• Clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in PC use and office software (Word, Excel, CRM systems)

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

Languages:

• Arabic

• English

• French

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 700–750$
