We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team for a graduate program with an opportunity to step into a permanent role. The purpose of this role is to create business value by applying process engineering, data visualization, reporting, and data management disciplines to design and build automated solutions that enable data-driven decisions and optimized business processes.   

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities): 

Work with business leaders to document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.  

Develop actionable project plans with key stakeholders for improvement efforts.  

Execute process improvement projects with cross functional teams, managing resources and timelines.  

Monitor and report on key metrics around process performance and improvements.  

Optimize processes across the organization focusing on automation and new tooling.  

Train resources in process improvement efforts and create a culture of continuous improvement.  

Lead efforts around change management and scaling business processes.  

Collaborate with various teams across the business to optimize and automate processes. 

Learn how to use relevant software such as, but not limited to: SQL, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI. 

Learn how to use RPA's and API's.   

More about You (Our requirements for the role): 

Although we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there are some minimum requirements we would look for so consider these before sending us your application 

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering 

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI would be beneficial  

Excellent communication skills 

Driven and self-motivated
