The Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a key role in driving operational excellence by developing advanced Tableau dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering strategic insights that improve performance, scalability, and decision-making across the operations function. This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proven ability to lead data initiatives that support cross-functional teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reporting tools that visualize operational KPIs and trends.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, forecast costs, and support capacity planning and service metrics.
• Ensure data integrity by mining systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust data pipelines.
• Identify data driven areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in Implementation Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility for business users.
• Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, budget forecasting, and performance benchmarking.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BI best practices and documentation.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in an operational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, and other BI tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a focus on continuous improvement.

This is an 100% onsite position in our Torre Krystal Facilities (Bogotá)
