Business Insights Analyst

This role sits at the center of Spreetail’s Supply Chain strategy, turning data into insights that drive cost efficiency, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the network. You will build and maintain reporting, models, and dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain performance while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement meaningful change.

You’ll leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to proactively monitor performance, uncover gaps in data capture, and recommend actions that improve throughput, compliance, and cost. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of supply chain concepts, the ability to connect operational and financial data, and the foresight to anticipate how changes inside and outside the business impact overall performance.

This position plays a key role in enabling leaders to make informed, timely decisions that improve safety, service, and efficiency while supporting Spreetail’s long-term growth.

How you will achieve success::
• Develop and maintain reporting, modeling, and dashboards for the Supply Chain network, focusing on cost, throughput, compliance, and overall performance visibility.

• Analyze Supply Chain data and spend to identify cost reduction opportunities, improve service levels, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with stakeholders to uncover data needs, drive process improvements, and implement changes that enhance efficiency and performance.

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by identifying gaps in data capture and improving data inputs across systems.

• Monitor network performance and external business impacts, proactively recommending and implementing adjustments to optimize Supply Chain operations.

What experiences will help you in this role: :
• Required:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or Equivalent Experience.

• 3+ years of analytic experience, preferably in transportation, warehousing, or e-commerce. Experience with creating or improving transportation/warehouse management systems and processes is a plus.

• You have robust skills and experience with analyzing and presenting data in Excel, SQL and PowerBI.

• You are proficient in using AI and other tools to automate processes where applicable and in building models and business cases with business partners.

• You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing financials results or willing to learn the financial side of things quickly.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
