👩‍💻The role

As a business finance analyst, you will be responsible for accelerating & playing a role in our growth, profitability, and P&L charters. By acting as a business partner for other functions, you will drive initiatives to meet these goals through thoughtful planning, execution, & analysis. The role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

🤩What makes this role special?

• Ownership. Taking complete responsibility for building, overseeing forecasts & projections and making them a reality. You will influence & drive business decisions with appropriate analysis & comments.

• Data is the only truth. Playing with data sets, being able to spot patterns & trends comes easily to you. Understanding demand drivers, identifying growth levers, preparing forecasts, developing financial models, and evaluating business outcomes will all tie back to, & draw from data.

• Automation. Your onus of participating in, leading, and driving automation for process & reporting efficiency will be a key pillar of this role.

• Global exposure. The charter includes building relationships and working closely with business teams across different regions including the US, Europe, & Asia.

• High-impact. You will experience the exhilaration of being on a growth trajectory, collaborating with teams across the globe. You will dive deep into critical business queries and be instrumental in shaping Headout's growth journey.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

• You have 1-2 years of overall experience in Business Finance/ Analytics

• You have strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management to partner with other business units

• The transformation of raw data into actionable insights is your forte. Proficiency in SQL is a must, Python/R is optional but preferable.

• You are a self-starter with the ability to handle sticky situations head on

• You don’t shy away from working with large amounts of data and can drive actionable insights out of data
