đŻ Your Tasks
Your main objective is to generate qualified appointments that turn into sales opportunities for our Account Executives, who are responsible for closing deals.
Your impact is therefore major!
Youâll work on several key pillars to achieve this:
âą đ€ Collaborate closely with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build strong BDR x AE tandems â cohesion and solidarity are key!
âą đ Phone prospecting to secure as many qualified meetings as possible in a stimulating and challenging environment (war rooms, challenges, attractive incentives, âŠ).
âą đŹ Complement phone outreach with multi-channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn) â build creative strategies to optimize the lead generation process.
âą đŻ Conduct qualification meetings, or even end-to-end sales cycles in the Mid-Market / Enterprise segment.
To succeed, youâll need a genuine curiosity for your contacts, the ability to connect quickly, and strong empathy to build meaningful relationships fast.
đ§© Minimum Qualifications
âą Native English is required, French is a plus
âą 1 year experience BDR SaaS software.

Votre objectif principal sera de générer des rendez-vous qualifiés qui se transforment en opportunités de vente pour nos Account Executives, responsables de conclure les ventes.
Votre impact est donc clé!
Pour y parvenir, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs axes :
âą đ€ Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les Account Executives sur les stratĂ©gies de prospection et former des binĂŽmes BDR x AE solides â la cohĂ©sion est essentielle!
âą đ Effectuer de la prospection tĂ©lĂ©phonique afin dâobtenir un maximum de rendez-vous qualifiĂ©s dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant (war rooms, dĂ©fis, incentives attractifs, etc.)
âą đŹ ComplĂ©ter vos actions par des campagnes multicanales (courriel et LinkedIn) et dĂ©velopper des stratĂ©gies crĂ©atives pour optimiser la gĂ©nĂ©ration de leads
âą đŻ Mener des rendez-vous de qualification, voire des cycles de vente complets sur le segment Mid-Market / Enterprise
Pour rĂ©ussir, vous devrez faire preuve de curiositĂ©, crĂ©er rapidement du lien et dĂ©montrer une forte capacitĂ© dâĂ©coute et dâempathie.
