About the role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the European market for robotics and intelligent automation solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and customer projects, as well as expanding market presence across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, logistics, and process industries in Europe.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in robotic and automation equipment sales, a solid understanding of robotics and automation technologies, and is a market expert in the automation sector in Spain.


Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities & customer projects for Agile’s robotic products in the European market
• Develop long-term relationships with OEMs, end users, and system integrators
• Manage customer and strategic ecosystem partner relationships
• Owner of commercial offers and sales negotiations
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers in bringing revenues
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and the R&D team on customer requests and meeting customer expectations, to maximize customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at trade fairs and customer events
• Strengthen market presence within the European industrial and automation ecosystem

Your Profile:
• A degree or professional training in Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in robotic, industrial equipment, or machinery sectors
• Proven experience in achieving deals and managing long and complex B2B sales cycles in the European market
• Strong understanding of robotics, industrial equipment, automation systems, or production technologies.
• Solid commercial and contractual negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, purchasing, and executive stakeholders
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales execution
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
