The Opportunity
This isn’t a “manage existing accounts” role. This is build, shape, and expand.
In this Contractor opportunity, As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead MADCAP’s commercial growth across France and broader EU dairy markets. You’ll map the industry, connect with decision-makers, uncover opportunity, and show processors how integrated supply chain technology can transform performance.
You’ll own the pipeline, from first conversation through to signed deal, working alongside product and technical specialists to craft solutions that genuinely move the needle.

What You’ll Do
Identify and convert new business opportunities across dairy processors and supply networks
Build trusted relationships with senior commercial and operational leaders
Develop and execute regional growth strategies
Own and manage the full sales cycle
Translate complex technology into clear commercial value
Represent MADCAP at industry events and market engagements
Provide accurate forecasting and strategic pipeline insights
What You Bring
Proven success in business development, SaaS, agritech, or complex B2B sales
Confidence owning end-to-end commercial cycles
Strong storytelling and influencing skills
Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
Commercial sharpness and strategic thinking
Experience in dairy or food supply chains is a bonus curiosity and drive are essential
Fluency in English and conversant in French
You’re autonomous. You’re credible. You build trust quickly. And you know how to turn opportunity into revenue. We are negotiable on the hours of work from a min 50% of time and up to 100 % of time, for the right candidate.
